為了編制一個歐美到處都是轉(zhuǎn)基因食品的欺騙圖景，農(nóng)業(yè)官員等推手搞了許多造謠。其中中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院黃大昉前不久，就說過這樣的話：“瑞典首次批準種植轉(zhuǎn)基因優(yōu)質(zhì)淀粉馬鈴薯，這預示著歐盟對轉(zhuǎn)基因長期保守的政策開始轉(zhuǎn)變”。真實情況是什么呢？真實情況是，瑞典批準的作物并非為食品，而是為工業(yè)材料，此外，種植面積很小。就瑞典食品市場來說，自去年底開始，推行全國食品市場無轉(zhuǎn)基因。

Amflora is used for industrial starch production, not food, and has been approved as safe for commercial production by the European Union. Most Swedish plantings will be for seeds for cultivation in 2012, BASF said. In September 2010, BASF said that Amflora had been mistakenly grown among unapproved GMOs undergoing research cultivation in Sweden.

而就歐洲來說，整個局面是轉(zhuǎn)基因種植連續(xù)全面下降。就轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米而言，種植數(shù)量微乎其微，如此、其食品供應數(shù)量之小就更不必說了：可以忽略不計。詳見：

歐盟新發(fā)布的指南說明，其政策：[1] 推翻了“實質(zhì)等同”原則；[2] 由各國自己決定轉(zhuǎn)基因作物管理政策。即：黃某先生那說法是他自己杜撰偽造的，是官員對民眾搞欺騙的惡劣行為。
世界上的事情就怕認真，如果我們認真起來，許多謊言就大白于天下。針對國內(nèi)一些人口無遮掩的謊言，有網(wǎng)友近日就轉(zhuǎn)基因問題，直接與歐盟官方寫信咨詢，得到了下面的信息。從歐盟主管部門的答復看，批準和上市是兩碼事，即批準并非意味著上市到食品市場，而且，相關作物處在到期重審和沒定論的狀態(tài)（如此，更不是上市到食品市場了）。
歐盟官方證據(jù)說明，國內(nèi)那些轉(zhuǎn)基因食品推手們（例如最近活躍的“松鼠會”成員），搞了欺騙撒謊：他們把批準和上市混為一談，就如同《科學新聞》把種植面積比例當作食品結(jié)構(gòu)比例一樣、是十分荒唐的弄虛作假。進一步說，他們給了歐盟批準轉(zhuǎn)基因作物的列單，卻沒給列單具體項目條款，而那具體條款恰好是提供了某作物是否上市到食品市場的關鍵信息。譬如，他們給了批準列單：
好象很多，然而，挑選其中頗為有名的MON810：
里面有兩款項目：
* Conditions or restrictions on the placing on the market：Not applicable。
* Post-market monitoring requirements：Not appropriate。
該網(wǎng)友就此詢問歐盟主管部門。他們的答復說明批準和上市食品市場是兩回事。對比一看，就看到“松鼠會”成員等等那些推手的說法是搞欺騙撒謊。

The statement regarding the restrictions as "not applicable" has two meanings in the case of such GM event:
1) the product was authorised for food and feed and cultivation purposes and no restriction measure was applied at that time before the entry into force of Regulation 1829/20032)
2) the product is now under the renewal procedure following the mandatory requirements as set up under Articles 8 and 20 of Regulation 1829/2003 and therefore restrictions measures cannot be considered because a final decision has not been taken so far by the Commission.
