美國(guó)“占領(lǐng)華爾街”告世界人民宣言：　　

我們?nèi)嗣袷菄?guó)家的主人，什么是人民？對(duì)，人民是作為社會(huì)基本成員主體的勞動(dòng)群眾，一個(gè)國(guó)家的普通人,區(qū)別于少數(shù)有特權(quán)者。而現(xiàn)實(shí)卻與真理相反，人民干得極多，拿的極少，人民授予特權(quán)者管理國(guó)家的權(quán)利，可是管理者將人民委托的代表權(quán)變成了奴役人民的皮鞭，將他們子孫的幸福置于人民的血淚之上 ，他們以權(quán)力為縱，以資本為橫，構(gòu)建起資本主義國(guó)家現(xiàn)代版的種姓制。他們剝奪了平民子弟的天賦權(quán)力。在已經(jīng)滅絕了種姓制度的國(guó)度，重新出現(xiàn)如此不堪的史前文化實(shí)在不可思議，實(shí)在無(wú)恥！政治的返祖現(xiàn)象讓人驚訝的說(shuō)不出話來(lái)，人民再也不能忍受被奴役的滋味了，我們不愿再當(dāng)強(qiáng)權(quán)者、貴族、資本家的打工仔，我們要重新做這個(gè)國(guó)家的主人翁！　　

今天，強(qiáng)權(quán)者、貴族、資本家的聯(lián)合到了極點(diǎn)，社會(huì)腐敗到了極點(diǎn)，人民苦到了極點(diǎn)。貴族資本家及其他強(qiáng)權(quán)者人數(shù)雖少，但為了賴(lài)以維持自己的特殊利益，剝削多數(shù)平民的公共利益者，第一是知識(shí)，第二是金錢(qián)，第三是武力。最好的教育，是貴族資本家的專(zhuān)利，一般平民，絕沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)去受得。他們既獨(dú)有知識(shí)，于是生出了智愚的階級(jí)。金錢(qián)是生活的謀借，本來(lái)人人可以取得，但那些有知識(shí)的貴族和資本家，整出什么“資本集中”的種種法子，金錢(qián)就漸漸流入特權(quán)和老板的手中。他們既將土地和機(jī)器，房屋，收歸他們自己，叫作“不動(dòng)的財(cái)產(chǎn)”。又將叫作“動(dòng)的財(cái)產(chǎn)”的金錢(qián)，收入他們的府庫(kù)（銀行），于是替他們工作的千萬(wàn)平民，僅只有一美元一美分的零星給與。做工的既然沒(méi)有金錢(qián)，于是生出了貧富的階級(jí)。貴族資本家有了金錢(qián)和知識(shí)，他們即便設(shè)了軍營(yíng)練兵，設(shè)了軍工造槍。借著“暴徒”的招牌，使幾十師團(tuán)，幾百聯(lián)隊(duì)地招募起來(lái)。甚者更仿照抽丁的辦法，發(fā)招牌，明什么“征兵制度”。于是強(qiáng)壯的兒子當(dāng)了兵，遇著問(wèn)題就抬出了機(jī)關(guān)槍。我們目看華爾街的鎮(zhèn)壓，不就打抓他們自己多少老子嗎？貴族和資本家利用這樣的妙法，平民就不敢做聲，于是生出了強(qiáng)弱的階級(jí)。

    國(guó)家政策應(yīng)該由誰(shuí)來(lái)決定？是坐在國(guó)家行政機(jī)構(gòu)辦公室里那些官員嗎？不！假如這些官員不能代表所有民眾，至少是99%民眾的利益和立場(chǎng)，他就沒(méi)有資格決定。國(guó)家政策應(yīng)該由所有民眾來(lái)決定，由民眾來(lái)真正民主選舉甄選他們信任的官員和代表，來(lái)管理國(guó)家和監(jiān)督官員?！　?/p>
